Friendly and accommodating staff. Had to evacuate 1 day due to power outage caused by a truck crashing into electric poles. The staff gave us telephone updates and notified us when we could return. Took extra care of us afterwards, making sure we were ok.

My room was broken and outdated without washer, but staff gave free laundry service to compensate

Room was spacious, we had a two bedroom suite on the 21 floor, view was amazing, rooms were big, bathrooms were ok and there was a jakoozi in the master bedroom

Housekeeping was a bit below the expectation. Although we tipped, they did not clean the room properly. We complained few times but still it was not up to standard.

The suite is very spacious with windows and a balcony for great views. We were looking to stay close to the Train Market for two nights before departing from BKK airport. Easy walk to the two malls and 7-11 convenient. Staff was very accommodating, courteous and helpful. Breakfast decent variety. Only four suites per floor so very private and quiet. Price was reasonable per Western standards given the size of room. Full kitchen and washing machine good for longer stays. Wifi decent. Western and Thai TV stations.

It's an older hotel, so have realistic expectations of wear and tear. The shower door didn't close properly so water did leak out onto the floor. Hair dryer was broken.

The staff is so friendly and awesome. They really were the nicest people I’ve ever encountered. The property is in walking distance of malls night markets and grocery stores.

It is very old and kinda worn. The rooms need a deep cleaning and maybe some updating. I had to switch rooms.

Very disappointing. Room is fine but this is not a 5 star hotel. You can have same room and breakfast in any 3 star hotel and pay half the price. Swimming pool was broken into pieces, could cut my kids foot with the stones so the relaxing/cooling time after a day outside was not possible. In the evening the elevator makes a beep beep noise to drive a person crazy. As per their information it is for security reason, I just don't get why I need to hear the whole night every time the elevator moves up and down. Breakfast was fine for me as I like eggs, they make it nice for you. But my daughter had a hard time as she wanted some bread and she only got old hard bread. If I did not pay for a 5 star hotel this would be acceptable but don't charge for a service you cannot provide. I decided to cut my holiday short than spend another night in this place.

Everything is just so perfect. Location, nearby attractions nearby store and shoping malls. Break fast, just too good. Staff is way too friendly and problem solving.

Needed a decent place for "one night in Bangkok" near the Train Market, and this perfectly fit the bill. No frills. Little character. But clean and functional, and staff were very friendly.

We were there for the long stay, and learning to ride the railway system was very easy from the Lumen! Everyone was so pleasant to be around. Loved the buffet, and the menu for dining. Everything we needed was right across the street. They were all the way wonderful every day.

Maybe for such a long stay, we could have been given a sofa. The 2 Sitting chairs, were OK, but never was a bother.

Fantastic location. Right opposite two shopping malls and next to MRT station for easy access across Bangkok.Staff were polite, professional and everything was very clean.

ROOM WAS CLEAN WELL EQUIPPED & BEAUTIFUL!! WE GOT THE FIREFLY 2 BDRM DELUXE SUITE WHICH WAS 1200 SQ FT & CAME WITH FREE BREAKFAST BUFFET EVERY MORNING... FEET AWAY FROM SKYTRAIN ENTRANCE! THIS HOTEL DID NOT DISSAPPOINT! WE WILL BE STAYING AGAIN IN THE FUTURE!

THE SORROUNDING AREA WAS NOT QUITE AS UPSCALE AS THE HOTEL ITSELF... BUT STILL HAD A FRIENDLY & SAFE FEEL...

There was no real bar that served a variety of alcoholic drinks which would have been nice if you just wanted to stay in

Great location!!!! Two malls, night market, morning market, 7-11, Amazon coffee, train station. All next door or across the street. Good value for size and type.

While the shower towels were replaced daily, which is nice, they often smelled horrible. Maybe they are washing them in the same machine with the floor mats. Once showered a second time because the first time was ruined by a smelly towel. Imagine exiting a shower and wrapping your face in someone else's bathroom floor mat. Smelled like that and had to scrub the smell off of my face. After that, learned to test them first. .... Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Location is great near mall and grocery. Very accessible, easy to find. The kitchen is fully equipped. Staff are very helpful and nice. We stayed to celebrate New years eve, the view was perfect, we were surrounded by fireworks display.Breakfast buffet was also good. Not much of a selection but a great menu.The stove is not working and maintenance was not able to fix it.
